No. We are proud to be independently owned and operated!
HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN IN BUSINESS?
We have been serving california since 2024!
DO YOU HAVE PARKING?
Yes. Free parking is available by the rear entrance, and metered parking in the front.
ARE YOUR MAILBOXES P.O. BOX ADDRESSES?
No. The P.O. box addresses are offered by the Post Office. We offer physical addresses.
DO YOU ACCEPT DELIVERY OF PACKAGES AND PARCELS?
Yes, through all the major carriers. This service is offered for all different size mailbox customers. You can sign up to get text or email notifications, or drop in to pick up.
DO YOU CHARGE A NON-REFUNDABLE SET-UP FEE FOR THE MAILBOX SERVICE?
No. Unlike some of the franchisees, such as the UPS Stores, the security/key deposits are fully refundable at the end of the term when you return your keys.
WHY DO YOU ASK FOR A SECURITY DEPOSIT?
The security deposit is in place to prevent interruptions to your service if your account becomes delinquent.
HOW MANY NAMES MAY I HAVE ON THE MAILBOX?
Up to three names free of charge—extra fee will be applied for any additional names.
WHAT IS LIVE SCAN FINGERPRINTING?
The Live Scan technology allows us to capture your fingerprints electronically and submit them to the government. After the fingerprints are digitally recorded, they are transmitted to the Department of Justice and/or FBI for a criminal-history record check.
